- 1 large zucchini
- 1 lb. lean hamburg
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 4 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned Italian crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Split unpeeled squash lengthwise into 2 halves.

2Scoop out both of the centers.

3Combine hamburg, onion, cottage cheese, garlic and tomato juice.

4Pile onto the squash halves.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs.

6Arrange in baking pan, uncovered.

7Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
