- 6 medium zucchini
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 16 oz. Italian style canned tomatoes
- 1 c. bread cubes
- Prudhommes Cajun seasoning for vegetables
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Slice zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp; save. Puree pulp and tomatoes in food processor.

2Brown ground beef in skillet.

3Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and pulp. Season with Prudhommes Cajun seasoning, about 1 1/2 teaspoons or to taste.

4Stir in bread cubes.

5Remove from heat.
