- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. basil
Directions

1Scoop out seeds, then mix oil, onion and garlic and cook.

2Mix remaining using 2 tablespoons parsley, then fill zucchini.

3Put chopped tomato and remaining 2 tablespoons parsley on top.
