Stuffing Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen spinach, cooked, well-drained, and chopped
- 1 med. onion, chopped fine
- 2 c. seasoned stuffing
- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Cook onion with spinach.

2Drain well.

3Chop spinach.

4Combine all ingredients.

5Chill several hours.

6Roll into balls.

7Place on cookie sheet.

8Bake 10 -15 minutes at 350° or until golden brown. Or roll into ball and freeze, or bake balls and freeze.

9Makes 50 balls.

10Do not thaw to bake or heat.
