  • 1 c. thick cream (whipping cream)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together.

    Add cup of cream, lemon and vanilla.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until puffs up.
