- 1 lightly baked (9-inch) pie shell
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 2 c. milk
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat 1 1/2 cups milk in saucepan with sugar.

2Dissolve cornstarch with 1/2 cup milk and add to the milk at boiling point. Cook until thick; remove from stove.

3Add oleo and vanilla.

4Stir until smooth.

5Pour into the lightly baked pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375° or until it starts bubbling.
