Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups oats
  • 14 cup flax seed meal
  • 14 cup diced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 13 cup honey
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In a large bowl mix dry ingredients.

    Combine honey, oil and vanilla extract in separate bowl.

    Pour honey mixture over oat mixture while stirring.

    Wet hands and press the mixture onto a greased pan, or use parchment paper.

    Bake for 10 minute.

    Remove from oven, break up mixture and stir.

    Bake for 5 minute.

    Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
