- 1 fully cooked bone-in-ham (5 to 7 lb.)
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Score ham about 1/2 inch deep with a sharp knife.

2Place ham on a rack in a shallow baking pan.

3Bake at 325° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours (20 minutes per pound).

4Combine brown sugar, mustard and enough vinegar to make a thick paste.

5During the last hour of baking, brush glaze on ham every 15 minutes.

6Yields 10 to 14 servings.
