  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans lightly salted nuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 225°.

    In medium bowl, beat egg white until foamy.

    Stir in sugar, cinnamon and nuts, coating well.

    Spread on a greased baking sheet.

    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely.

    Store in airtight container.
