Sugared Pecans

  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Whip the egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy.

    Add pecans.

    In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Add dry mixture to frothy mixture and stir.

    onto greased (with margarine) cookie sheet.

    Cook for 1 hour at 250°.

    Turn every 15 minutes until done.
