- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Whip the egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy.

2Add pecans.

3In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Add dry mixture to frothy mixture and stir.

4Pour

5onto greased (with margarine) cookie sheet.

6Cook for 1 hour at 250°.

7Turn every 15 minutes until done.
