- 1 medium size bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove, diced (powdered garlic can be used)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 medium size onion
- 3/4 small bottle soy sauce
Directions

1Brown meat and other ingredients except the onion.

2After browning meat, add onion that is sliced.

3Cook very slightly until onion appears slightly clear in appearance.

4Pour over rice and shake on soy sauce.
