  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium size bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, diced (powdered garlic can be used)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 3/4 small bottle soy sauce

Directions

    Brown meat and other ingredients except the onion.

    After browning meat, add onion that is sliced.

    Cook very slightly until onion appears slightly clear in appearance.

    Pour over rice and shake on soy sauce.
