- 1 1/2 lb. beef, sliced
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 c. beef suet
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions

1In wok or skillet, brown suet and add chopped vegetables. Cook until vegetables are semi-tender.

2Remove suet and add all liquid and sugar.

3Bring to a hard boil and add meat.

4Continue cooking until meat is done.

5Serve.
