  • 1/2 c. raw spinach leaves, coarsely broken up
  • 1/2 c. other salad greens, broken into small pieces
  • 1/2 c. bean sprouts, drained
  • 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. raw mushrooms, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 c. cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. watercress

    In a large bowl, combine ingredients.

    Blend 2 tablespoons soy sauce and garlic to taste with 1/2 cup of your favorite oil and vinegar dressing. Toss with salad.
