- 1 lb pasta (spirals, spaghetti, shells, or linguine)
- 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 13 cup cream (or more)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper, to taste
- 12-1 teaspoon garlic powder or 12-1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- minced fresh parsley
- minced fresh basil
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 14 cup grated mozzarella cheese (I leave this out)
- dry chili flakes, to taste
Directions

1Prepare the pasta and drain.

2Place pasta in a large bowl.

3Toss with the ingredients and additional add-ins.

4Serve hot or cold.

5Optional add-ins to taste:.

6Black or green olives.

7Grilled chicken or chicken chunks.

10Fresh spinach.
