  • 1 lb pasta (spirals, spaghetti, shells, or linguine)
  • 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 13 cup cream (or more)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 12-1 teaspoon garlic powder or 12-1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • minced fresh parsley
  • minced fresh basil
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 14 cup grated mozzarella cheese (I leave this out)
  • dry chili flakes, to taste

    Prepare the pasta and drain.

    Place pasta in a large bowl.

    Toss with the ingredients and additional add-ins.

    Serve hot or cold.
