- 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh apricots or peeled peaches
- 3/4 c. chopped red or green sweet pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped seeded cucumber
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
Directions

1In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
