- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder or salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. whole black pepper
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Care Quick cure salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in large bowl, then make loaves and wrap in aluminum foil.

2Put shiny side of foil to the meat. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

3Next day, poke hole in bottom of foil with toothpick.

4Place in rack or broiler pan over 1/2 inch of water.

5Bake at 325° for 90 minutes.

6Let cool before refrigerating.
