- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 5 of any fruit you choose
- 1 banana
- 3 ice cubes, crushed
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend until smooth.

2Serve at once.

3If you aren't using a blender, mash fruit in a bowl.

4Put fruit, crushed ice, yogurt and juice in a jar. Cover tightly and shake for 30 seconds until a minute. Makes 3 medium servings.
