  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 5 of any fruit you choose
  • 1 banana
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend until smooth.

    Serve at once.

    If you aren't using a blender, mash fruit in a bowl.

    Put fruit, crushed ice, yogurt and juice in a jar. Cover tightly and shake for 30 seconds until a minute. Makes 3 medium servings.
