  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 1 bag or can whole kernel corn
  • 1 onion, chopped coarse
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil green beans, potatoes, onion and corn until tender; drain.

    Add milk to cover vegetables.

    Add butter, salt and pepper.

    Heat until butter melts.
