- 3 c. summer squash (yellow and zucchini)
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Jack or Mozzarella)
- red wine (optional)
Directions

1Boil squash until tender (in water or red wine).

2Place in baking dish with tomatoes and chiles; top with cheese.
