  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 12 cups regular rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole all-bran cereal
  • 12 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 14 cup sliced almonds
  • 12 cup raspberry applesauce
  • 13 cup honey
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 13 cup dried berries and cherries
  • low-fat vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • fresh apricot halves (optional)

Directions

    Spray a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl stir together oats, bran, wheat germ, and almonds.

    In a small bowl stir together applesauce, honey, and cinnamon.

    Pour applesauce mixture over cereal mixture.

    Spread granola evenly onto prepared pan.
