- 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz.) can Mexican-style corn, drained
- 2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, partially drained
- 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
Directions

1In a bowl, mix together the black beans, corn and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. Add freshly diced tomatoes and onion.

2Mix, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
