Sunday Chicken Rice Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can mushroom soup (reserve 1/2 c.)
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Arrange pieces of 2 1/2 or 3 pound broiler/fryer chicken over top.

    Pour the 1/2 cup reserved mushroom soup over chicken.

    Sprinkle with paprika.
