  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 c. applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together all the cake ingredients until moist. Beat by hand for 2 minutes. Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
