  • 12 cup water
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 12 cup steel cut oats
  • 5 dried apricot halves, chopped
  • 4 pieces pineapple, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Bring the water and juice to a boil.

    While it's heating add the cut up apricot and pineapple.

    After it's boiling add the oats and stir until it thickens.

    Serve immediately, with the yogurt and cinnamon on top.
