  • 2 qt. ripe cukes, diced
  • 3 large onions, sliced
  • 2 red sweet peppers, diced
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 c. sugar

Directions

    Soak cukes, onions and peppers in mixture of 1/4 cup salt to 1 quart water for 2 hours.

    Drain for 1 hour.

    Cook in the rest of ingredients until tender.

    Seal hot.
