  • 1 pkg. wieners
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Mix all ingredients except wieners in a deep bowl.

    Batter should be smooth and slightly thick.

    Dip wieners in batter and deep fry in a saucepan with about 4 inches of Crisco until golden brown.

    Serve with mustard as you would a corn dog.
