Super Garlic Bread

  • 6 cloves (Large Cloves) Garlic, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1/8 cups Chopped Fresh Oregano Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil, The Good Stuff
  • 1 loaf Italian Semolina Bread

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 F.

    Place the garlic in the bowl of a food processor and process until minced. Add the parsley, oregano, salt and pepper and pour in the olive oil. Pulse until a paste forms.

    Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally. Spread the garlic mixture on the cut side of each half of the bread and place it on a baking pan with the cut side up.

    Place the bread in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Bake longer if you like it super crispy.
