  • 3 cups vanilla-flavored soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine (butter- flavored)
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 cup flax seed meal
  • 14 cup soy flour
  • 1 34 cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • non-fat cooking spray (for griddle)

    grind flaxseed in food processor, coffee grinder, blender, etc.

    until fine & almost pasty.

    combine wet ingredients in microwaveable container.

    microwave on high for 1 minute.
