- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped bell peppers
- 1 small can chopped water chestnuts
- 1 small pkg. frozen green peas, thawed and blotted dry
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Tear and line salad bowl with lettuce.

2Build salad in layers: lettuce, onions, celery, bell pepper, peas, chestnuts.

3Cover entire salad with mayonnaise followed with thick layer of grated Parmesan cheese.

4Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
