  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Stir in margarine and sugar. Stir until well coated.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 400° oven. Stir every 8 minutes.
