  • 1 lb mini smokies
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • toothpick

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Line a cookie sheet with foil.

    Cut Bacon into 3 - 4 strips.

    Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each mini smokie and secure with a toothpick.

    Rub and sprinkle each smokie with brown sugar.

    Place on foil covered cookie sheet.

    Bake for 18 - 22 minutes until bacon is crispy.
