  • 1 gal. corn
  • 1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • milk

Directions

    Cut corn off cob and scrape cob.

    Do not blanche.

    Place in heavy pan.

    Add oleo and sugar.

    Cover with milk.

    After it begins to boil, cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.

    Stir constantly. Completely cool and place in containers and freeze.
