  • 8 large hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • fresh parsley

Directions

    Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

    Mash yolks; add sugar, mustard, half and half, vinegar and salt, stirring until smooth.

    Spoon or pipe into egg white halves.

    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley, if desired.
