- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- fresh parsley
Directions

1Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

2Mash yolks; add sugar, mustard, half and half, vinegar and salt, stirring until smooth.
