  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 can Water chestnuts
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Balsamic vinegarette salad dressing
  • 1 Brown sugar

Directions

    Cut potatoes onion and pepper into bite size pieces

    Put on veggie cooking tray on grill at medium heat until peppers, onions, potatoes and water chestnuts soften (about twenty minutes)

    While veggies are grilling, slice zucchini and cut pieces in half making moon shaped pieces.

    Peel and slice and cut cucumber into mon pieces as well.

    Make dressing by pouring 1 cup (or so) balsamic in dish.

    Add brown sugar to sweeten taste (1/2 cup or so).

    If brown sugar is stiff add a bit if warm water to make syrup.

    Add zucchini and cucumber slices to grill.

    Brush half dressing on veggies.

    Continue cooking veggies ten to fifteen minutes.

    Cut tomato into bite size pieces.

    Turn grill heat up to high, add tomatoes and brush rest of dressing on veggies

    Cook about give more minutes just to warm tomatoes up and combine tastes.

    Dish into bowl and serve!
