- 6 oz. chicken breast
- 2 oz. julienned white onions
- 1 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 oz. honey mustard
Directions

1Wash, trim and julienne chicken into 1/2 x 1/2 x 4-inch strips. Place in saute pan with onions.

2Use 1/2 ounce clarified butter. Saute chicken and onions until 80 percent done.

3Don't overcook! Place saute into a casserole dish.

4Ladle on honey mustard and place cheese on top.

5Bake until sauce is hot and cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
