Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallows

- 2 lb. Sweet Potatoes
- 4 tbsp. Butter
- 3/4 tsp. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. hot Milk
- 1 Egg
- 24 Marshmallows
Directions

1Peel potatoes, cut in pieces and put in a pan to cook, cover in one quart of water, add one teaspoon salt for 40 minutes, on high temperature.

2Drain and mash.

3Add butter, salt, sugar and hot milk.

4Mix well.

5Mix egg snow point, add the other ingredient and mix well.

6Grease the glass pan and add the mix.

7Cook at 400° for 20 minutes.

8Remove when done and cover with marshmallows. Place back in oven for 10 more minutes.
