  • 2 large size Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 1 stick butter or oleo, melted
  • 2/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. (3 1/8 oz.) Jell-O vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Spray Bundt pan with Pam.

    Sprinkle a few nuts in bottom of pan.
  3. 3
    Stand up biscuits in circle of pan.
  4. 4
    Mix Jell-O pudding mix, brown sugar and nuts.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle mix over and between biscuits. Pour the melted butter or oleo over top and bake at 350° for 30 or 35 minutes.

    Turn out onto plate and serve while warm.
