- 1 c. lukewarm milk
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Mix milk and yeast together and set aside for 5 minutes.

2Then add the sugar, salt, butter and eggs to the yeast.

3Beat thoroughly with mixer.

4Beat in all-purpose flour.

5Let dough rise for 40 minutes.

6Mix in flour.

7Cover and chill 1/2 hour in refrigerator.

8Knead and shape into tea rings, coffee cake or rolls.

9Melt butter; brush over rolls.

10Cover and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400° for 12 to 20 minutes.
