  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. fresh salmon
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing (Hellmann's)
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place salmon in shallow baking dish.

    Mix other ingredients to spread on top of salmon.
