Sweetened Dill Pickles

  • 1 qt. dill pickles
  • 1/2 c. tarragon flavored vinegar
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Slice pickles.

    Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.

    Pour into jar over pickles.

    If sugar settles on bottom of jar, set in pan of hot water, then swish the jar so the pickles move to stir the sugar.

    Turn upside down and let set at least 3 days.

    The longer they set, the better they are.
