- 12 halved chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- salt and pepper
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can sherry wine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 3/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Arrange chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Season.

3Layer cheese over chicken.

4Blend soup and sherry and pour over cheese. Toss stuffing with butter and spoon over all.

5Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour.

6Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.

7Sauteed fresh mushrooms are a nice addition.
