- 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in serving size
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes in juice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Pound meat with mallet to 1/4 or 1/2-inch thick.

2Put flour, salt and pepper in bag.

3Place meat in bag and shake to coat. Place meat in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

4Combine tomatoes, onion and parsley flakes.

5Pour over meat.

6Cover tightly.
-
7Microwave at 50% for 25 minutes.

8Turn meat over; microwave 25 to 35 minutes or until meat is tender.

9Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.

10Serve.
