- 1/4 c. fat
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. onion, sliced
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat; heat fat and brown on each side, then add onion, pepper and tomatoes.

2Cook slowly for 2 hours.
