- 2 round steaks, about 1/2 lb. each
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced, cut 3/4 inch thick
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut steak into serving pieces.

2Mix flour, salt and pepper. Put flour mixture in bag or on a plate.

3Roll or shake steak until completely covered in flour mixture.

4In crockpot place onion slices and the meat on top of onions.

5Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomato sauce.

6Cover and cook in crockpot low 8 to 10 hours or high 5 to 6 hours.
