- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Season flour with salt and pepper; pound flour into steak. Brown meat in oil.

2Drain meat.

3Set aside.

4Crush whole tomatoes in juice in skillet.

5Add onion and peppers.

6Simmer for 10 minutes.

7Add steak and simmer for 1 hour.

8Serve over rice.
