- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender.

2Set onion and green pepper aside.

3Mix salt, black pepper and flour.

4Then roll with beef.

5Pound steak with edge of a heavy plate.

6Brown meat on both sides in oil.

7Put in baking dish and add all remaining ingredients. Bake in 300° oven for 1 hour.
