  • 200 grams minced beef
  • 100 grams minced pork
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp finely ground Szechuan pepper.
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 finely ground dried chillies
  • 2 tsp dark soy
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp water

Directions

    Mix, marinate for 30 minutes, form into teaspoon-sized balls and fry for about 5 minutes.

    Serve with Chilli Jam.
