- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 12 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 12 cup of fresh mint, chopped
- 14 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 13 cup golden raisin
- 12 cup cucumber, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Place the first three ingredients in a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
