- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium jar mild taco sauce (Ortega or El Paso)
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Tostitos chips
Directions

1Fry ground chuck until brown, drain.

2Add onion soup mix, both soups and taco sauce.

3Stir well, bring to a boil, then simmer and stir for about 10 minutes.

4In long glass dish put half of mixture.

5Add 1/2 of cheese, then layer mixture, then other 1/2 of cheese on top.

6Bake at 400° until cheese is melted.

7Serve with Tostitos chips with lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
