Taco Corn Bread Pizza

Directions

   Mix corn muffin mix as directed.

   Spread batter in greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

   Brown meat and drain.

   Add seasonings and prepare as directed on package.

   Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top of crust.

   Top with meat and then remaining cheese.

   Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

   Serve with toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sour cream, etc.
